Ambassador Limousine Service

Ambassador Limousine requires a minimum of two consecutive hours on a Saturday afternoon. All other bookings are for a minimum of one hour. In fact, most of our clients have told us that the most enjoyable part of their wedding was the ride from the reception to the hotel at the end of the night. If you allow Ambassador Limousine to handle your wedding service, we will offer a discount for the evening transfer to finish the day off right!

Calgary by-laws do not allow us to stock alcohol in our vehicles but our guests are welcome to bring any beverages of their choice. Typically, a member of the wedding party drops off any beverages for the vehicle a couple of days in advance of the reservation. In most cases, this is also the time that the vehicle (balance outstanding and chauffeur gratuity) is also paid.

Ambassador Limousine takes pride in the fact that we will NOT charge more for our vehicles and service just because it is a wedding. Our fleet rents at the same hourly rate, regardless of the type of transfer or the time of the year!

All of our Wedding Packages include the chauffeur and the vehicle of your choice. You may also select from some additional extras such as: pom-poms in the colour of your choice, a cooler with ice for those hot days, a “Just Married” sign and even a red carpet.

At Ambassador Limousine, we will not charge more for a wedding, but we will include any or all of those little extras that make your day even more special. We want to exceed your ground transportation expectations so relax… and let us treat you like a true “Ambassador”!

We require a non-refundable one-hour deposit at the time of your reservation and the balance due prior to the service experience. Since the livery service is one of the most important aspects of your wedding, it is essential that you have the details in writing from your supplier. We suggest that you ask the questions:

What if the vehicle that I reserved does not arrive (and a different style does)?
What happens if the vehicle is late or operated in an unsafe manner?
What happens if the service is poor?

Ambassador Limousine will supply a written contract with each Wedding Package reservation. This contract will ensure that the vehicle that you reserved arrives on time and that the service that we will deliver meets or exceeds your expectations, without exception!
